Class Schedule Designer — Privacy Policy

Class Schedule Designer is designed from the ground up to respect your privacy. It collects no personal data.

No data collection. Class Schedule Designer has no servers of its own. It contains no analytics frameworks, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect information about you. On the App Store, its privacy label reads Data Not Collected.

Your schedule data. All schedules, subjects, teacher names, notes, custom clipart, and layouts created in Class Schedule Designer are stored locally on your device. Your timetables are never uploaded to any server operated by the developer and are never shared with anyone.

iCloud and CloudKit. If you choose to enable iCloud on your Apple device, Class Schedule Designer uses Apple's native CloudKit technology to synchronize your schedules and assets across your personal devices. This synchronization occurs strictly within your private Apple iCloud database container (iCloud.oskari.rauta.csdesigner). The developer has no access to your iCloud account, your encryption keys, or your stored timetables. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

PDF exports and project files. When you export an A4 PDF, PNG wallpaper, or .csdesign project file, the files are written only to the destination you choose (such as Files, AirDrop, or Mail). Nothing is transmitted to the developer or third parties.

No account. Class Schedule Designer requires no account, email address, phone number, or password.

Permissions. Class Schedule Designer does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location. When you choose to import an image from Photos, standard iOS photo picker privacy protections ensure the app only accesses the specific image you selected.

Purchases. Class Schedule Designer is a paid app. Any purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; the developer never receives your financial details or payment methods.

Children. Class Schedule Designer collects no data from anyone, including children. It is safe for school-age children and students of all ages.

Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
