Every Invoices feature is included in Business. These additional tools build on that foundation.

Clients and ongoing billing

Keep contact details, notes and invoice history in the client register. Produce PDF client statements, maintain a supplier register and use recurring invoices for ongoing work. You remain in control of sending invoices.

Expenses and payslips

Record purchases, mileage and per diems. Review expenses by month and export itemised lists or individual receipts as PDFs. Build payslips using reusable hourly, fixed and percentage-based rows, and prepare an annual summary.

Understand your business figures

Review revenue, result and VAT for a chosen period. Finance views, charts and the year-in-review help you see the bigger picture. VAT summaries and the VAT return helper organise figures for preparing your return.

Prepare data for your accountant

Export a period’s data as CSV files with a PDF summary, so the figures you have collected can support your bookkeeping workflow.

Business adds a Company tab to the bottom bar, bringing the business tools together in one place.

Browse sample documents and views in the app’s package showcase to assess their suitability for your work. Business includes Invoices, so a separate Invoices subscription is unnecessary. Apple handles subscriptions and package changes.

HourTracker supports time tracking, invoicing and organising business figures. It does not replace accounting or payroll software, or submit tax returns on your behalf.
